A whole year later

Here I am, a whole year later, mere days to my 21 birthday and I had a goal last summer; Finish Harley, to make her proud to be a heroinne and not just another dusty character in one of your drawers Jen! That was the goal, that was the promise I made myself. But alas, me, my poor unfortunate soul, I have been knee deep in studies this summer (deliciously practical studies, but studie nontheless) and securing my future as a producer. Which, needless to say, is my job and not my much beloved hobby.

No matter, a year has gone by and still I am only 50 pages in, a mere 5 chapters - long as they may be - and I am nowhere near done. Usually my books land around 60 A4 pages, which in this case is up and down laugh out loud-able. 50 pages - what am I doing studying, working and securing a future? I should be writing at a coffeeshop, not in the darkness of a bedroom. Full on seriousness to that last sentance.

My oh my, how time flies. 3 am.
